Telles Jewelry  Refund, Exchange, and Returns Policy

 

Hassle-Free 30 Day Returns

At Telles, we stand by the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Please note we can only accept back Telles products that were directly purchased through tellesjewelry.com. We cannot accept products that were purchased from a third-party retailer.

1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

  • Products must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Original packaging is required.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary.

2. Non-returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items with signs of use or damage not covered by warranty

3. Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the return, an email notification will be sent regarding approval or rejection.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
  • The time it takes for the customer to receive a refund is 20 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise and analysis of the product.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account and contact your credit card company.
  • Contact your bank.

5. Sale Items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

  • Only defective or damaged items are eligible for exchange.
  • For an exchange, the item should be sent back with proof of purchase.

7. Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
